What do I need to do to join the campaign?

Simply purchase the VIP or Annual Travel insurance plan from now until 10th December 2025. Then claim your guaranteed RM20 Touch 'n Go eWallet and and share your most original story to win the latest iPhones weekly.

When will I receive my RM20 Touch 'n Go eWallet?

After your policy number is successfully validated, you will get an email from Generali after the contest has ended and use the activation pin to claim the amount into your TNG account.

What kind of slogan should I submit to win the iPhone?

Your slogan should creatively answer:
“What will you do with your iPhone if you win?”
Be original, witty, and expressive. This is your chance to stand out!

Can I win both the RM20 Touch 'n Go eWallet reload and the latest iPhone?

Yes! If you are among the VIP and Annual Travel Insurance plan customers and your creative story is selected as the weekly winner, you are eligible to win both prizes.

How will I know if I have won the iPhone?

Winners will be announced the following month after the campaign ended on the campaign page and Generali Malaysia’s social media. Winners will also be contacted via email. Make sure your contact details are accurate when purchasing your policy.

Is there a limit to how many times I can enter the slogan contest?

Each customer can submit one creative story per policy. Multiple entries from the same customer using different policies are allowed, but only one slogan per customer will be shortlisted for voting, to be fair to all participants.
